Birthday Bouquet for JAI#364

Hello Everyone!

Welcome Back!

Thanks you for peeking in for
Today's Card!

This card is for an
Inspiration Challenge!

The Challenge is from
Just Add Ink #364

Here is the Inspiration Challenge!

I Love that Pitcher!
Also...don't some of those leaves look Blue-ish?
I went with it!

Here is my Card!

Funny 'back story' to this...I opened a new stamp set
and realized the stamp set inside doesn't match the outside at all!
Will call the Company and get it straightened out!
So, Plan 'B'...used another stamp set's watering can!
Not as large as I wanted it to be but, it still works!
I stamped the flowers and leaves, heat embossed them,
and then fussy-cut them all out!

Here is the inside of my Card!

I stamped in the Early Espresso Ink and then quickly
sprinkled the 'Copper' embossing powder on the ink
and heat set it with the Heat Tool. I was really going for
and 'aged copper' look...it is darker than
the watering can on the front!
Our Ink Pads are juicy enough to stay a bit wet
longer, so we are able to use the ink like
VersaMark! Try stamping and then heat embossing
in a 'clear' embossing powder!

Here is my Card with it's matching envelope!

I also heat-embossed the leaf on the envelope in Copper!
The stamp set had the leaf separate...was great to use
on the envelope!

I love the brightness of your florals Cheryl, they really pop against the darker two toned textured background. I kind of like the little watering pot - very cute! Thanks for joining us at Just Add Ink this week.

This is so pretty, Cheryl Your flowers and leaves make for a beautiful bouquet and your watering can has such a lovely shine and texture and works so well with your background details. It must've been quite a surprise to find a different stamp inside the Case!! Thanks for sharing with us at Just Add Ink this week.
