Birthday Bouquet for TGIFC98 Monday am

Today is a Card for TGIFC#98

Using up some favorite, retired Stampin'Up! Products! 
 
 
 
 
Here is a close up of the tag, pulled out for the greeting!
 
 

 
Fussy cut the rose out from a DSP scrap,
and glued to the tag!
 
 
 
 
 
Here is the inside of my Card! 
 
 

 
Took a 1" piece of the DSP and cut in half for the top
and the bottom of the inside, sentiment panel!

'Mossy Meadow'- retired, card base, 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored
@ 4 1/4" folded in half on the score
                           -mat, 3 5/8" x 4"

                           -pull tag, 2" x 4 1/4"
'Whisper White'-inside panel, 4" x 5 1/4"
                         -for tag, 1 7/8" x 3 3/8"
 
'Birthday Bouquet DSP'-retired
                                      -front panel, 4" x 5 1/4"
                                      -bottom mat, 3 1/2" x 3 7/8"
                                      -top mat, 3" x 3 "
                                      -inside strip, 1" x 5 1/8", cut in 1/2 long
